Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Ryzz Up LLC for the use of RYZZ. Using the service means you accept them.

You must be 18

RYZZ is an adult service. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough where you live if that age is higher. We verify age and we terminate accounts we believe belong to minors.

Your account

One account per person, in your own name, with your own photos. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@ryzzup.com if you think someone else has access.

How you may behave

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Breaking them can cost you your account with no refund. In short: no discrimination, no harassment, no unsolicited explicit content, no impersonation, no minors, no commercial sex, and nothing that puts another member at risk offline.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us the limited licence we need to operate the service — to store your photos and show them to the members you are shown to, and nothing beyond that. We do not use your photos in advertising. Delete your content and the licence ends with it.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that anyone appearing in it is an adult who agreed to be there.

Paid plans

Plans renew automatically for the term you bought until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep what you paid for until the end of the current term. Prices are shown before you pay and charged by Stripe.

Where the law gives you a right to cancel and be refunded — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK — that right applies and these terms do not remove it. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where we say so or the law requires it.

What RYZZ is not

We are an introduction service. We do not run background checks on members, we cannot verify that people are who they claim to be beyond the checks we describe, and we are not responsible for what happens when you meet someone. Use the Safety Center, tell someone where you are going, and trust your judgement.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features are unavailable in some countries, including places where being LGBTQ is criminalised, and we withhold discovery there deliberately.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, or where we must to comply with the law or protect someone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use RYZZ after that means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without displacing consumer protections you have where you live.
